1. About Gallopii

Gallopii (“the App”) provides AI-generated analysis of horse racing in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Hong Kong: racecards, form summaries, model ratings and past results. The App is operated by flatişler (“we”, “us”).

2. Not betting advice

Gallopii is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the App is betting advice, a tip, a prediction service or a recommendation to place any wager. We do not accept bets, do not link to bookmakers and do not guarantee any outcome or winnings. AI analysis can be wrong; past model performance does not indicate future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

3. Subscriptions

Parts of the App require a paid subscription (“Gallopii Pro”), offered as weekly, monthly, 6-month and annual auto-renewing plans. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the price shown in the App in your local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective store policies.

4. Acceptable use

You may not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the App’s content or data, reverse engineer the App, or use it for any unlawful purpose, including any use that violates gambling laws applicable to you. The App is not directed at persons under the legal age for gambling-related content in their jurisdiction.

5. Data and availability

Racecards, results, odds and dividends are compiled from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time. We provide the App “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App, including any financial loss connected to wagering decisions.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
