How do I get started?

Download Gallopii from the App Store or Google Play and open the app. You can browse race cards and results, and view one free analysed race per track each day with no account required. Create a free account to use your Watchlist and notifications.

What does a Pro subscription include?

Pro unlocks AI analysis for every race, including standout-horse profiles and reasoning, the AI Pick of the Day, speed and pace analysis, and full access across all covered races.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by the app store, not by Gallopii directly:

  • iPhone / iPad (App Store): Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Gallopii.
  • Android (Google Play): Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Gallopii.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.

How do notifications and the Watchlist work?

Add horses, jockeys, trainers, or races to your Watchlist to get push notifications when they are due to run, plus alerts for non-runners, going (track condition) changes, and jockey changes. You can turn notifications on or off at any time in your device settings under Gallopii.

I’m not receiving notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled for Gallopii in your device settings, that you are signed in, and that the relevant items are on your Watchlist. Toggling notifications off and on, or restarting the app, often resolves delivery issues.

The app is crashing or behaving unexpectedly

Please make sure you are on the latest version from the App Store or Google Play, then restart the app. If the problem continues, email us at info@gallopii.app with your device and OS version and we’ll investigate.

How accurate is the analysis?

Gallopii reports its analysis hit-rate transparently — for example, how often our top-three selections contained the actual winner across the races we scored. These figures describe analytical accuracy for information only; they are not betting returns and are not a prediction or guarantee of future results.

How do I reset my password or change my email?

Use the sign-in screen to request a password reset. To change the email on your account, contact us at info@gallopii.app from the email address registered to the account.

How do I delete my account?

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@gallopii.app from your registered email address. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
